General Policies
1. Product is returnable within the applicable return window method on the product, digital page only in case the product received is damage, has any missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from the description mentioned o the product details page on www.eltonsindia.com.
2. Customers can request for a replacement unless mentioned otherwise on the product details page. For scenarios wherein the product received is damaged or has any missing parts/ accessories, the Eltons team will contact the customer to confirm details of the damage/missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement.
3. For scenarios wherein the product received is different from description mentioned on the product detail page, the Eltons team will arrange the a pick-up from the customer’s resisted location and proceed with replacement as requested.
4. For scenarios wherein the product received is defective, a resolution will be provided basis the following conditions:
a. For Home and Kitchen appliances or Electric/ Electronic products, the resolution will be provided basis the brand technician’s report.
b. In case of appliances and products eligible for Home service, the Eltons team will schedule the technician’s visit to the customer’s registered location and a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s report.
5. Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions:
a.The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
b.The product is not different from what was originally shipped.
c. The product is returned in its original condition along with the brand/manufactured box. MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the box accessories.
d. For the product where the applicable refund or retun window has been exhausted, the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.
e. Product will not be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.?
f. Product will not be eligible for return or replacement if “ Non- Returnable or Non-Replaceable” is mentioned on the product detail page.
g. Refund will be processed within 2 workding Days once the product is received by Eltons. The applicable refund window may vary, from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
h. Free gifts will not be eligible for return, and will not be covered under any kind of warranty.
i. Eltons Return/Replacement policy applies for purchase from either store or www.eltonsindia.com.
j. Damage reported for products collected by the customer from store, will not be eligible for return or replacement.
k. Eltons reserves the right, to change, amend or otherwise modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
l. Any dispute shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of court at Delhi.
RETURN/REFUND IS NOT ELIGIBLE WHEN
ELTONS will not consider the product for return or replacement in the following cases:
a. Buyer’s remorse, includes change or mind or incorrect product /model/color ordered.
b. Product has already been use, and works as per its specification certified by the brand.
c. Product has been tempered with, or has missing serial number or tag.
d. Product has been relocated from the primary delivery address by the customer.
e. The applicable refund window has been exhausted; the product will be repaired as per our warranty terms.
f. All the products which is available on Eltons website www.eltonsindia.com have 7 days return/Replacement.
The company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the website is delivered within 7 to 10 ( Seven to Ten) working days from date of booking of order on the website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said order and availability of the product(s). However , user understand and confirm that the company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the company, provided, the company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.
In case user book the order of multiple products in one transaction, the company would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issue. If user purchase multiple products in single transaction, then the products can be shipped at the given address and on same pin code added at the time of place order in shipping address section.
Your shipping address pin code will be verified fwith our shipping partners and database before ship your order with help given address at the time of order. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate nearby shipping address with pin code and this also subject to the availability.
CANCELLATION?
If after placing the order, you would want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the product has not been shipped. In case the product has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. The product is usually shipped within 24 hours after placing the order.

How will the delivery be done on time?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Eltons supply Chain, by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, Other domestic courier partner etc.
Does www.eltonsindia.com deliver internationally?
Currently, www.eltonsindia.com does not deliver items internally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same ensuring the shipping address is within India.
